Pleated Air Filters

The pleated media is reinforced on the air‑exit side with a sturdy layer of recycled expanded metal, securely bonded using a heat‑cured adhesive to preserve pleat integrity. This galvanized metal backing resists rust and corrosion, while the pleated element is firmly attached to the inner edges of the surrounding frame. The encasing frame is constructed from a durable, moisture‑resistant beverage board that includes post‑consumer materials for added sustainability. Its face is laminated to the pleat tips for stability, and the filters are engineered to perform in environments up to 180°F

Standard Capacity

The media utilized consists of 100% synthetic fibers and is pleated in a tapered radial configuration. A heavy duty, recycled expanded metal reinforcement is laminated to the air-exit side of the media by a thermo-setting adhesive to maintain continuity of the radial pleats. The expanded metal is galvanized to resist rust and corrosion, with the pleated cartridge bonded to the peripheral interior of the outer frame. A heavy-duty moisture-resistant beverage board incorporating post-consumer material is utilized for an encasing frame. The frame face is internally laminated to the pleated cartridge apexes. Pleated air filters are rated to withstand temperatures up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.

Carbon Filters

Carbon Filters

The Carbon Air Filter is an extended-surface pleated-media type filter. The gradient density media combines particulate filtration with odor control in a single filter unit. An expanded metal reinforcement is laminated to the air-exit side of the media by a thermo-setting adhesive to maintain continuity of the radial pleats. The expanded metal is galvanized to resist rust and corrosion, and the pleated cartridge is bonded to the peripheral interior of the outer frame. A heavy-duty moisture-resistant beverage board is utilized for an encasing frame. These filters are rated to withstand temperatures of 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The recommended final pressure drop is 1.00″ w.g.
