I started with Carolina Filters in April of 2019. I was previously working for a large corporation and needed to find something different. There was a lot of excitement knowing that I had just accepted a job from a small, family-owned company. I knew from the very beginning that I wanted to learn as much as possible, as fast as possible. In this fast-paced working environment, I quickly discovered that Carolina Filters rewards their employees for hard work and good work ethic. If you are willing to go above and beyond and offer new ideas, you will reap the benefits of those actions.
In less than one year, I was offered a promotion from technician to supervisor. Then late 2021, I started the beginning stages of transitioning and training to be the Upstate Operations Manager. In March 2023, the official title change was announced, and I began guiding the day-to-day operations of our Greenville branch.
I am extremely grateful for the opportunities that have been given to me throughout the years here. There is not a day that goes by that I do not learn something new and exciting about our job field. The support that I can provide for my crew gives me an incredible sense of pride, knowing that I can help guide, shape, and mold all the technicians that started out in the same spot that I did 5 years ago. Every day is a new and exciting challenge. I cannot wait to see how much more I can learn and how far I will progress in this great company! I’m not done yet!
HDR & Save the Children Invest in MFC Sumter! HDR granted $40,000 for the Sumter Site to build a Dad’s Den. This is a special place for fathers and their children, and Carolina Filters is proud to contribute to this exciting local initiative!
Sumter United Ministries is collecting school supplies for students in need to support their education. Carolina Filters is happy to help students prepare for success in the coming school year.
