Clay Arnold, Account Manager

Clay Arnold was born and raised in upstate South Carolina. He joined the Carolina Filters team in 2019 and began his career as a service technician and supervisor in the Upstate office. In 2021, he relocated to Augusta, GA to help start up and manage a new branch for the company. The following year, Clay returned to Greenville, SC to serve as an Account Manager, where he focused on maintaining strong customer relationships and driving growth opportunities.

In October 2025, Clay was promoted to Business Development Manager, where he supports efforts to expand Carolina Filters’ reach across key industries and regions. Drawing on his years of field experience and customer-focused approach, Clay helps clients identify solutions that improve performance and reliability while strengthening long-term partnerships.

Clay is a certified Air Systems Cleaning Specialist through the National Air Duct Cleaners Association. His combined technical expertise and relationship-building skills make him a valuable asset to both our customers and our team.

Outside of work, Clay is a lifelong sports and music enthusiast. He enjoys attending sporting events, playing music with friends, and catching live shows whenever possible.
