Matthew Davis, Regional Manager

Matt Davis was born and raised in Upstate New York. In 2022, he and his family moved to Charleston, SC to escape the cold weather and enjoy life in the Lowcountry. Before joining Carolina Filters, Matt spent over 20 years in operations and logistics management, holding various leadership roles. He also dedicated 10 years as an Emergency Medical Technician and CPR instructor, further demonstrating his commitment to service and safety.

In October 2025, Matt was promoted to Regional Operations Manager, where he oversees operations for both the Low Country Branch and the Midstate Branch. In this expanded role, he is responsible for hiring, training, and strategically scheduling personnel to ensure customer demands are met with efficiency and excellence.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, traveling, cooking, and holding out hope that this will finally be the year for the Buffalo Bills.
